Yes, the iPhone from SimplyLease.com is unlocked, meaning it can be used with any mobile carrier. However, once you insert and activate a carrier’s SIM card, the phone may become locked to that carrier for the duration of the service period, depending on the carrier’s policies.
All products on SimplyLease.com are brand new and come factory-sealed. SimplyLease does not sell used products.
SimplyLease operates on a month-to-month rental agreement with an option to own, not a financing plan. Therefore, there is no interest rate. Your monthly payments are fixed and all-inclusive. If you choose to own the item, all rental payments made will contribute toward the ownership price.

APPROVAL PROCESS
During checkout, you’ll be prompted to complete a quick, no-credit-needed application. You’ll receive a decision within 30 seconds. If approved, review and e-sign your agreement. Once your first two weeks’ rent payment is processed, your order will be prepared for shipment or in-store pickup at a major retailer near you.
Most applications are approved instantly. However, some may require manual review for verification, in which case you’ll receive a decision via email within one business day.
The application requires basic details such as contact information, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, income, and banking information. Occasionally, additional information may be requested to verify your identity, address, or income.
Your lease approval is valid for 60 days. During this period, you can log in, select your desired items, and complete the process without reapplying. If you wish to order different or additional items, you can do so without submitting a new application. After 60 days, a new application will be required.
Yes! SimplyLease offers a no-credit-needed lease-to-own option, so your credit score won’t impact your application. Approval is primarily based on your income (minimum $2,000/month for the last six months) and the health of your checking account (no insufficient funds or excessive overdrafts). Your bank account must also have been open for at least six months. All approvals are subject to verification.
ORDER PROCESSING
Lease terms are flexible. You can rent-to-own by making 26 bi-weekly payments (12 months) or choose to buy out early and save up to 50%. All rental payments contribute toward ownership. You can also rent month-to-month, return the item(s), or cancel your lease at any time—no long-term commitments.
Once your first two-week rent payment clears, your order will be released for in-store pickup or shipping, depending on your chosen option during checkout.

BILLING and PAYMENTS
Yes, you can buy out early without any penalty. In fact, the sooner you buy out, the more you save. Options include a 100-day same-as-cash plan (maximum savings) or an early buyout option (save 50% of remaining lease payments).
Your first two-week rental payment is charged to the debit/credit card provided during application. Future payments are auto-deducted from your checking account. We accept all major debit/credit cards but do not accept prepaid or reloadable cards.
Yes, you can make early buyout payments or catch up on missed payments by logging into your account:
- Go to My Account → My Orders.
- Select your order and view payment information. For assistance, email Payments@SimplyLease.com or use the chat feature on the website.
Your first two-week rental payment is processed before your order ships or is prepared for pickup. Subsequent payments are auto-deducted from your checking account after you receive your item. You’ll receive a payment schedule via email within ten business days of receiving your order.
If you miss payments, the following may occur:
- Repossession: SimplyLease may repossess the item.
- Credit Impact: Non-payment could result in a lien on your credit report.
- Loss of Purchase Rights: You forfeit the right to own the item.
- Late Fees: A late fee is charged if payment is overdue by 7 days.
- Reinstatement Option: You can clear overdue amounts to reinstate the lease.
- Legal and Collection Costs: You may be responsible for costs incurred by SimplyLease to recover the item or unpaid dues.
PRODUCTS and SHIPPING
An eSIM is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card. It lets you switch carriers or plans via software, store multiple profiles, and use two lines (e.g., work and personal) on the same device.
- Order an eSIM plan from a carrier’s website or app.
- Receive a QR code or activation details via email.
- Scan the QR code or enter the details to activate your eSIM.
Orders are released for shipment or pickup once the first rent payment clears. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. We ship to 46 states, including Alaska and Hawaii (excluding large items like TVs and major appliances). SimplyLease is not available in New Jersey, Minnesota, Vermont, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Wyoming, Oklahoma, and Maine.
If activated in the U.S., unlocked devices like mobile phones should work overseas. However, activation may be restricted to the U.S.
White Glove Delivery includes unloading, placing items in your chosen room, unpacking, and disposing of packing materials. Delivery agents can transport items up or down a maximum of two flights of stairs.
Major appliances and TVs with 26”+ screens are delivered via White Glove Delivery. Smaller items are shipped via UPS or FedEx. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Delivery is scheduled between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 4-hour window. Inspect items upon delivery and report any damage immediately.
For large items, a delivery representative will contact you to schedule a time. For smaller items, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
In-store pickup is available at major retailers like Best Buy and Home Depot, depending on item availability. You’ll receive pickup instructions via email once your first payment clears. If the item is unavailable within 25 miles of your location, it will be shipped at no extra cost.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime. If canceled before shipment, you’ll receive a full refund. After delivery, you can return the item(s) by emailing Returns@SimplyLease.com. Items must be in good, resellable condition with all original parts.
Report damages or shipping issues within 24 hours of delivery by emailing Returns@SimplyLease.com or using the chat feature on the website.
Before returning an iPhone:
- Contact your carrier to remove the carrier lock.
- Ensure all original parts are included.
- Remove your SIM card.
- Perform a factory reset.
- Remove all personal information and iCloud accounts.
Once your return label is issued and the item is in transit, rental payments are paused. If the item is not in transit, payments will continue. Returns must meet all conditions to be finalized.
